What is your processing time?
Currently our processing time is 1 week, not including shipping time. We ship all orders through USPS and once it is out of our hands, we have no control over how fast it gets to you or any potential delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is typically between $4-5 dollars, but if you order over $50 then shipping is free!
Do you offer returns?
At this time we do not offer returns. All items are made to order. If you ever have any questions about your order, please feel free to email email@example.com and we would be happy to assist you!
Are certain designs limited edition?
Any seasonal products you see will typically no longer be availble once that season is over. Items that are limited edition will tell you in the product description so you can be aware of that! All items in the Princess Series collection will always be available as long as we are able to get the specific fabrics for them. :)
What will shipping look like for the upcoming holiday season?
The holiday season tends to be a busy time for a lot of businesses. With 2021 being our first year in business we are doing all we can to prepare to avoid shipping delays and manage potential for higher volume of orders. Every time you order you will always receive a tracking number when your order ships. AS of this time we do not intend to increase shipping prices, however the situation with price increases within USPS will be closely monitored and our information will be updated if any increases on our end occur. To avoid potential delays we recommend shopping as early as possible in order to reduce likelihood of not receiving items on time.
